Short-Term Courses Refund Policy

Money-Back Guarantee

Global Awakening Ltd offers a 100% refund guarantee for our short-term online courses (courses ranging from 3 to 12 months in duration). This policy applies to all students, whether they choose to pay in full or through monthly installments.

Before the Course Begins: You can request a full refund if you withdraw before the course start date.
Within 4 Weeks (28 Days) of Course Start: If you withdraw within 28 days from the start of the course, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
After 4 Weeks (28 Days): No refunds are available beyond this period.

Monthly Payment Plans

This is not a subscription service but a structured payment plan for your convenience.
After the 4-week refund window, students remain responsible for all remaining payments, even if they are no longer active in the course.
Failure to make payments may result in access restrictions to course materials.

Exceptions

If you withdraw after the 4-week period, you may be eligible for a 50% course credit, valid for one year.
This credit is granted only in exceptional circumstances and subject to approval by the academic administration team.
Applications for course credit must be submitted in writing, and decisions will be communicated within 4 weeks.

Long-Term Courses Refund Policy

This policy applies to courses lasting 1 to 8 years, such as diploma programs or extended educational tracks.

Before the Semester Starts: Full refund if withdrawal is requested before the semester start date.
Within 4 Weeks (28 Days): Full refund available if the withdrawal request is made within the first 28 days of the semester.
After 4 Weeks (28 Days): No refund is available, and students remain responsible for outstanding semester fees.

Monthly Payment Plans for Long-Term Courses

This plan allows students to pay the annual fee over 12 monthly installments.
Students must continue payments for the entire semester once the 4-week withdrawal period has passed.
If students do not intend to continue into the second semester, they must request to cancel payments before the next semester begins.
Financial Support Option: If a student is unable to continue payments due to financial hardship, they may apply for financial assistance through Global Awakening Ltd.

Exceptions & Course Credit

Students withdrawing after the 4-week period may be eligible for 50% course credit, valid for one year.
Requests must be submitted in writing, and the decision of the academic administration is final.
Students will be informed of the decision within 4 weeks of submission.

Self-Paced Courses Refund Policy

Self-paced courses allow students flexibility in their learning schedule. Our refund policy for these courses is as follows:

Students may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolling in a self-paced course.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

Submit a Request: Email our support team at info@globalawakening.co.uk with your name, course details, and reason for refund.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days after the request is approved.
Reimbursement Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, which may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect in your account.

Donation Option

Students may choose to forgo their refund and instead donate the amount to Global Awakening’s Scholarship Fund, supporting students who cannot afford the course fees. This can be done by requesting a donation transfer in writing.

Important Notes

Refund requests should be made only when necessary, as processing refunds incurs administrative costs.
Monthly installment plans cannot be canceled mid-semester and remain the responsibility of the student.
Completing the admission process signifies agreement to these terms and financial commitments.
